Abstract
ABSTRAK
This research aims to analyze the role of aqidah akhlak teachers in developing student etiquette at MA Bilingual Batu. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. Researchers use secondary and primary data. The results of the research show that at Bilingual MA various efforts have been made to develop student etiquette by emphasizing the role of teachers as educators, teachers as motivators and teachers as evaluators and facilitators. Therefore, teachers provide various good examples to students. Apart from providing examples, teachers must also take an approach that is tailored to the needs of students by providing various facilitators to convey the understanding of teachers who act as educators. The teachers provide a stimulus through reinforcement by guiding, providing facilities, motivating and constantly conducting evaluations to improve the manners of class 10 students at MA Bilinguall Batu. This is in accordance with Skinner's operant conditioning learning theory which explains that the role of an object teacher is to condition the reinforcement process and is connected to operant behavior which can cause the behavior to be carried out repeatedly.
