Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of the housing concept on purchasing behavior by applying the theory of planned behavior (TPB) to housing complexes in the city of Kediri. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach using simple random sampling techniques. This research was conducted on consumers or buyers in the Kediri city housing complex as many as 187 respondents. Data collection uses questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the path analysis test. The results of this research show that attitudes have a positive and significant effect on purchase intentions, subjective norms do not have a positive and significant effect on purchase intentions, behavioral control does not have a positive and significant effect on purchase intentions and purchase intentions do not have a positive and significant effect on purchase behavior.
