Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction with Cak Qodir’s chicken salad products in Landungsari. This ia a quantitative research using questionnaire as data collection method. The sample used in this research was 40 respondents. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling technique. There are three variables tested, namely product quality, product price and service. The data analysis in this research are the validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and t and f test using the SPPS 21 tool. The results of the research show that product quality, product price and service have a partial and partial influence. Simultaneous impact on customer satisfaction with Cak Qodir’s chicken salad in Landungsari. Product quality is a variable that greatly influences customer satisfaction with Cak Qodir chicken salad products in Landungsari.
