Abstract
Women with disabilities still often face various challenges, including the stigma that considers them less capable or not equal to others. This negative view can lead to a negative perception of them. To overcome this, a Public Service Advertisement entitled "Growing Together" was created in collaboration with HWDI Malang. This ILM advertisement aims to Increase Public Awareness of Women with Disabilities with HWDI Malang. In making this advertisement, the role of a Strategic Planner is needed which includes 3 stages. In the first stage of pre-production, the role of the Strategic Planner includes researching, determining objectives, developing key messages, planning media, coordinating with the creative team, and developing concepts. In the second stage of production and the third stage of post-production, the Strategic Planner monitors and coordinates with various other roles to ensure the smooth running of the campaign. The results of the "Growing Together" campaign show an effective strategy, achieving targets, receiving positive comments, and successfully persuading the public to care more about women with disabilities as equal individuals.
