PENERAPAN HUKUM KOMUNIKASI EFEKTIF DALAM KONSULTASI KESEHATAN ONLINE (Studi Deskriptif Dikalangan Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang Penyintas Covid-19 Pengguna Aplikasi Alodokter)

The Alodokter application is a health service application that was widely used by the public when the Covid-19 pandemic occurred and was used to conduct online health consultations without having to go to the hospital. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing and studying the 5 laws of effective communication (Respect, Empathy, Audible, Clarity, Humble) in online health consultations on the Alodokter application. Research method techniques in this study, researchers used a qualitative approach with case study research. The data sources in this study were 10 subjects who met the criteria needed by researchers, namely active students at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang, age range 19 to 23 years, had or were survivors of Covid-19, used the Alodokter application when exposed to the Covid-19 virus, and experiencing significant developments or experiencing unfavorable problems when consulting through the Alodokter application. Based on the results of the research conducted by the researchers, it can be concluded that the doctors in the Alodokter application have mostly implemented the five laws of effective communication in online health consultations and have had a positive impact on patient health. Therefore, the 5 laws of effective communication need to be applied by doctors in online health consultations.
