PROSES REKRUITMEN CALON ANGGOTA DPRD OLEH PARTAI POLITIK DITINJAU DARI ASPEK DEMOKRASI (Studi di DPD Partai Golongan Karya Kabupaten Malang)

Political parties in the Malang district elections partly do not nominate their cadres in the elections and will usually look for new alternatives to be used as candidates in the elections to rally a period of attracting positive responses from the public, so that the collection mechanism for prospective political party members tends to be not transparent. It is suspected that there is a placement of prospective political party members at certain posts. There are candidates for political party members who move and enter other political parties. There are candidates for political party members who lack political skills but are capitalized by a public figure, film player, or comedian. Political parties should be able to prepare candidates for political party members who are moral, trustworthy by the community, able to carry out the people's mandate and laws well, and based on their capabilities and expertise. How the recruitment process of prospective DPRD members by political parties is reviewed from the aspect of democracy in the DPD of the Golongan Karya Party of Malang Regency. What are the Inhibiting Factors and Supporting Factors in the Recruitment Process of Prospective DPRD Members by Political Parties Reviewed from the Aspect of Democracy in the DPD of the Golongan Karya Party of Malang Regency. The purpose of this writing is to find out the receipt process carried out by the Golkar DPD Malang Regency, the guidelines used in the Receipt Process, to find out the Inhibiting Factors in the receipt carried out, and the Supporting Factors in the receipt process carried out. The research method carried out in this writing is the sociological juridical method. This research uses data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. It is hoped that from this approach, researchers can find out and directly examine how the recruitment process for prospective DPRD members by political parties is in accordance with applicable guidelines. The results obtained in this study are that the researcher found that the recruitment process was not in accordance with the technical instructions and PDLT guidelines from the Golongan Karya Party.
