STUDI LITERATUR TENTANG PENGETAHUAN SIKAP DAN PERILAKU PENYIMPANAN DAN PEMUSNAHAN OBAT

Background : Drug storage is an activity that places the pharmaceutical supplies that have been received in a specified place and in accordance with the standard of storage, so that the medicines under management are safe and can be avoided from unwanted damage. The use of medicines in the community is one of the efforts made by the community to deal with the health problems experienced, both in order to obtain health care in the health care facilities and in a self-medical way.
Objective : The aim of this research is to determine the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of storing and destroying medicines in the community.
Research Method : This literature review research method uses Narrative Review. Narrative reviews have the aim of analyzing and synthesizing related theories according to studies that have been researched from several scientific articles. In the process of collecting journal literature review articles from 2018 – 2023.
Result and Conclusions : The results of knowledge are divided into 2 categories, namely in the good category is 71.70% and the bad category is 38.46%. The results of research related to attitudes are categorized into 2, namely positive and negative, some are categorized into 3, namely very strong, strong and quite strong. The positive value is 58.18% and the negative is 41.8%. Furthermore, the category is very strong and strong has a yield value above 50%. The results of research related to behavior are categorized into 3 parts, namely positive & negative, precise, inappropriate, and good, moderately good, and not good. The positive value is 71.4% and the negative is 28.6%, while the exact value is 10.38% and the improper value is 100%. With a good score of 12.82% and a bad score of 74.35%. It can be concluded that there are differences in knowledge, attitudes and behaviors in the storage and destruction of drugs in the community.
