Abstract

The study discusses the role of UNICEF as an international organization in dealing with child labour in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. The author uses the International Organization Concept of Joachim, Reinalda, and Verbeek. In their research, they explained that implementing the role of international organizations, there are three perspectives: Enforcement approach, Managerial Approach, and Normative approach. (monitoring). This research uses qualitative descriptive methods with library studies. As a result of this research, UNICEF as an international organization has performed three roles. First, UNICEF monitors the collection of real-time data, second, it plays a role in capacity-building through educational programmes and campaigns, and third, it solves problems by providing technical assistance and policy recommendations to the Indonesian government.
