Abstract

In 2023, The National Commision for Child Protection will receive 5347 child abuse cases. Then, based on Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI), there were 2355 complaints of child protection violations from January to August 2023. Of the number of complaints reported, 861 cases occurred in educational units. The details of these cases include complaints reported, 861 cases occurred in educational units. The details of these cases include 487 acts of sexual violences, 236 acts of physical or psychological violence, 87 acts of bullying, 27 acts of compliance with educational facilities and 24 acts of policy. The phenomenon of bullying cases in children is like an iceberg with many cases that have not been reported. In general, bullying always has a negative impact on both the victim an the prepetator. Victims of bullying tend to experience physical and psychological injuries, are sensitive to emotions, lack self-confidence and tend to isolate themselves from the environment. Meanwhile, perpetrators who often carry out impulsive acts increase their aggressive attitude, dull their sense of empathy and engange in various antisocial acts such as commiting fraud, theft and even murder. Bullying that occurs within educational units is very unfortunate. Schools should be a means of fortering social an spiritual attitudes, a place to instill noble human values. Bullying cases that occur in educational units are spread throughout the archipelago’s cities, including Batu City.the aim of this research is to determine the effect of learning qur’an hadits in order to cases of bullying of class XI students at MA Bilingual Batu. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, through data analysis, including validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing an hypothesis testing. Data collection techniques in this research were observation, interviews and questionnaires for class XI students, as well as literature study. The location of this research was carried out at MA Bilingual Batu. The results of this research are that learning qur’an hadith has an influence of 31,1% in cases of bullying of class XI students at MA Bilingual Batu.
