Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine cyberloafing behavior, job stress and job satisfaction, the influence of job stress on cyberloafing behavior, the influence of job stress on job satisfaction, the influence of job satisfaction on cyberloafing behavior and the indirect influence of job stress on cyberloafing behavior through job satisfaction as a moderating variable. . The type of research in preparing this thesis is explanatory research. The population in this research is the Social Assistance Empowerment Staff of the Batu City Social Service, namely 36 employees with a total sample of 36 samples. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. The results of the research show that the condition of cyberloafing behavior is in the sufficient category and job satisfaction is proven to be a moderating variable in the influence of work stress on cyberloafing behavior.
