Abstract

The main objective of this research is to determine whether Motivation and Work Environment have an impact on the Productivity of female workers in the ikat weaving industry in Ende Regency. The research method used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is female workers in the ikat weaving industry in Ende Regency. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, resulting in 60 respondents. This study uses scale range analysis techniques. The main findings of this research show that the productivity conditions of the workers fall into the good category and are influenced by work motivation and work environment; work motivation is categorized as high, and the work environment is categorized as good. The comparison of regression coefficients reveals that the motivation variable has a dominant effect on the productivity of female workers in the ikat weaving industry in Ende Regency.
