Abstract

This research aims to find out the provisions of laws and regulations and implementing rules governing the feasibility test of motorized vehicles by the Malang City Transportation Office and to find out the implementation of motorized transportation testing at the Malang City Transportation Office in providing protection for passenger safety.This research is a normative legal research to determine the implementation of motorized transportation vehicle testing at the Malang City Transportation Agency in providing protection for the safety of passengers and road users. Sources of primary legal materials in this research consist of laws and regulations in relation to the implementation of motor vehicle testing related to passenger safety and secondary legal materials derived from books, journals, the internet and relevant research. Data collection techniques are carried out by literature study, interviews and observations conducted by the author to re-examine primary legal materials against facts in the field. The data analysis used is the deduction method
