Abstract
The problem that students will face after completing their studies is choosing whether to continue their education or enter the world of work. College students often face pressure to make important career decisions for their future. Abilities that do not meet demands, difficulty adapting, and failure to compete are some of the things that make them experience career anxiety. Final year students don't feel confident when taking part in job selection because they don't have much previous experience. Career adaptability is very important to overcome career problems in today's life because there are still many individuals who doubt their abilities. Career adaptability is considered as the ability for a person to participate, overcome, or adapt to changing work situations. The aim of this research is to see the relationship between career adaptability and career anxiety in final year students. The sampling technique used is the Accidental Sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study was 140 subjects. The data hypothesis testing technique uses Pearson product moment. The results of this study show that career adaptability has a negative and significant relationship to career anxiety.
