Abstract
The aim of this research is to find out how much influence the role of women batik craftsmen has on income in Batik Kembang Turi, Blitar City. The research method used is quantitative research with a multiple linear approach. The data obtained in this research was obtained from various sources, including observation and questionnaires. The variables used in the analysis are family responsibilities, production volume, age and length of work. The software used to carry out the analysis is E-views 9. The results of the research show that partially the family responsibility variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on income, the amount of production (X2) has a positive and significant effect on income, age (X3) has a negative and insignificant effect on income, and working hours (X4) has a positive and significant effect on income. Then, simultaneously the variables of family responsibilities, production volume, age and length of work have a positive and significant effect on income. The variables of family responsibilities, production volume, age, and length of work simultaneously influence the craftsman's income level. This is proven that the significant value is 0.000 <0.05.
