EFEKTIFITAS PENEGAKAN HUKUM TERHADAP PELAKU PELANGGAR KAWASAN TANPA ROKOK (STUDI KASUS DI KOTA BATU)

Cigarettes are an item that consists of various chemical substances and the high consumption of cigarettes in Indonesian society is believed to have very broad negative implications, not only on the quality of health but also regarding social and economic life in Indonesia.The efforts made by the Ministry of Health are to encourage and assist Regional Governments in developing, implementing and monitoring the evaluation of the No Smoking Zones (KTR) policy, compiling and distributing technical instructions for smoking cessation efforts, increasing capacity of health workers through smoking cessation counseling training. In this case, the effectiveness of implementing non-smoking areas in the city of Batu is carried out in order to see whether a regulation is running or not, in the Batu mayor's regulations creating non-smoking areas in order to protect the environment and society, as well as seeing the effectiveness of Batu Mayor's Regulation number 25 of 2015 regarding Non-Smoking Areas
