Abstract
Servant Leadership is a management style in terms of leading and serving in harmony, and there is interaction with the environment. Work discipline is an attitude shown by an employee in working by obeying every regulation so that the actions taken do not deviate from the path set by the company. While performance is the willingness of a person or group of people to carry out activities or perfect them according to their responsibilities with the expected results. The study aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership and work discipline on the performance of nurses at Aisyiyah Hospital Bojonegoro. This study uses explanatory research, with a total population of 93 nurses. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique by selecting the sample desired by the researcher, namely 75 respondents who have worked for 3 years or more. Data sources are obtained from primary data and secondary data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance partially. While the influence of work discipline on nurse performance partially also has a positive and significant effect. The results of the analysis show that the variables servant leadership and work discipline simultaneously affect nurse performance. The variable of work discipline is a variable that has a dominant influence on the performance of nurses at Aisyiyah Hospital Bojonegoro. To improve good nurse performance, cooperation between nurses is needed, especially regarding the quality of work openly between superiors and subordinates so that the agency can achieve the maximum possible goals in accordance with the company's expectations.
