Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of incentives and job promotions on employee performance at PT. Altrak 1978. This research is quantitative. Quantitative analysis to describe the results of the questionnaire obtained from all respondents in the form of numbers. The sample used in this research were employees at PT. Altrak 1978. The sample used in this research consisted of 45 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination. Data processing in this research uses the SPSS version 23 software program. The research results show that incentives have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Altrak1978. Job promotions have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Altrak 1978. And the incentive variable which has the most dominant influence on the performance of PT Altrak employees in 1978.
