GAMBARAN PELAKSANAAN ROLE PLAY RONDE KEPERAWATAN NERS MUDA DI RUANG GALUNGGUNG RSUD DR. SAIFUL ANWAR MALANG

Background: Nursing services as one of the determinants for improving the quality of
services in hospitals. One effort to improve the quality of services is through the
implementation of role play. The nursing round SOP was created with the aim of knowing
the description of the implementation of the nursing role play round for UMM students in
the Galunggung room at RSUD DR. Saiful Anwar Malang.
Method: This research is a case study research carried out in the Galunggung room
during January 27 – January 30 2024. In this research we carried out a nursing role play
round together with health workers such as PPDS, nutritionists, pharmacists, room heads
and young nurses holding discussions to resolve one of the cases, namely a patient
diagnosed with AIHA.
Results: When carrying out the nursing round role play the head of the room, PPDS,
pharmacist and nutritionist were very enthusiastic in carrying out (pre, implementation
and post) the nursing round, even though there was an obstacle, namely not all room nurses
paid attention and followed the actions we took because at that time Many new patients
come to the Galunggung room. Even though there were a few obstacles, the implementation
process went well and the head of the room was very interested in implementing nursing
rounds in the room and carried out onwards.
Conclusion: The nursing round role play is very effective to be carried out in rooms where
nursing rounds have never been carried out, because with this implementation the team of
health workers who have been formed understand about collaborating with the team.
