Abstract

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work life balance on employee loyalty in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Malang employees partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods. The research population was 39 employees at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Malang. Determination of the sample using the total sampling method so that the research sample was obtained as many as 39 respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression tests with the SPSS program. The results prove that transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee loyalty and work life balance has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Simultaneously, it is known that transformational leadership and work life balance have a significant effect on employee loyalty of employees at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Malang.
