Abstract

A company to survive in conditions of sharp competition that took place rapidly, is claimed to be able to efficiently utilize its human resources as much as possible. Pendayaguaan is aimed at improving work productivity of employees, since labor productivity is the driving wheel of a company that is very important. Especially in the field of marketing employees in the workforce to deal directly with customers. It was felt also by one of the existing financial institutions in the city of Malang is BMT Fund sharia Singosari Malang. This study aims to determine the factors affecting the low productivity of employee marketing division in BMT Fund sharia Singosari Malang. The study was descriptive qualitative research as research procedures which produce descriptive data in the form of words written or spoken of the people and observed behavior. Techniques in data collection is wawamcara and obervasi, as for the subjects of this study is two-employee marketing division at the agency, with the final pendidian is high school. The experiment was conducted on March 13, 2006 until June 10, 2006 at BMT Fund sharia Singosari Malang. Data to determine the factors affecting the low productivity of labor is taken by using the interview method which is based on the characteristics of thought and Suyati Anoraga. Through data analysis found that factors affecting the low productivity of employee marketing division at Dana Syariah BMT Singosari Malang namely education factor, factor working attitude to customer, the factor of income level, work environment factors, technological factors, and management factors that apply. These factors are known to affect the low productivity of employee marketing division at the financial institution.
