The goal of this study is to know application of intern control of Salary and Honor System in Cigarette firm of Mangga Gandeng. In this study, writer use comparative analysis, by comparison a study result by theories, it is mean that researcher want to compare theory which be gained during be student, along with literature, by using theory in firm, that researcher may be taken a conclusion. The mean analysis covered structure analysis of organization which part functional responsibility exactly. Its cover organization structure of cigarette firm Mangga Gandeng in Nganjuk regency, analysis of flowchart system and procedure of Salary and Honor System in Cigarette firm of Mangga Gandengin Nganjuk regency, practice analysis which be healt in carrying duty and function in organization unit, and the last by using analysis of quality employee with their responsibility. Based on the analysis result is know that organization structure in Cigarette firm of Mangga Gandeng in Nganjuk regency have shown a good structure that there are part listing of salary and honor that financial function by parting of time listing is good. It is show by flowchart from which describe salary and honor procedure, but there are something istake in noting but this procedure have been carried suitable with intern control system. The conclusion all of employee in cigarette firm of Mangga Gandeng in Nganjuk regency have carried out intern control and salary and honor system well. Based on the analysis result so writer give some suggestion to be considering or input for firm. The suggestion are to increase intern controlling to operational activity, in order to be violation which constraint and loss firm to be running its effort. To increase a heal practice, in carrying out duty and function in each side in organization, it has to used suitable manner by determination to carrying out duty and function well.
