Abstract

Recently, in industries of Jenang Apel, there were so many factory was using manual energy, so it was caused the production fee of Jenang Apel being increasing and the job safety was not to be guaranteed. The main purpose from this machine is to produce Jenang Apel which has the same capacity with the conventional machine by using less manual energy and of course, the job safety is guaranteed. The working principal from this machine is by putting the Jenang Apel’s materials or substances to producing 20 kg with one hour timing. From the result of calculation and planning, we can conclude that the cooking machine construction of Jenang Apel with 20 kg capacity/hour and use ¼ kW power in 600 rpm circle, it’s expected for the home and small-scale industry can produce their own product that they want, so if this design is used, it can produce Jenang Apel which has the best quality and can curtail encrustations inside of Jenang because inside of Jenang Apel is still needing more energy. In making process, the mixing process have to be exact and homogeny because in using Jenang Apel have to use the constantly circle.
