Abstract
feel afraid when they faced the trouble, the bad experience is become a learning to be good individual and always try to wake from fail, looking life as struggle along with have description for future and plans in order to be a success man. Contrary, transmigran candidate which low self efficacy always looks negative for itself, never be able to solve individually, often avoid from problem, feel afraid, worry, sad, and disappointed when face a problem, bad experience make submit and accept life, look this life is difficult, along with they do not have description in future.
