This research is an empirical study on manufacturing firms in Jakarta Stock Exchange. The title of this research is the "Fundamental Analysis of Influence Factors on Stock Price On Manufacturing Company In Jakarta Stock Exchange." The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the fundamental factor (DER, ROE, GPM, EPS, and PER) significantly affects stock prices simultaneously and to analyze the factors which are the most dominant influence on stock prices in manufacturing companies. In this study, the authors take two hypotheses are: that the expected fundamental factor consisting of DER, ROE, GPM, EPS, and PER is a variable that has significant influence on stock prices simultaneously, and of the five variables in the predictive variable is EPS variable most dominant influence on stock prices. The analytical tool used to analyze whether the fundamental factors affect stock prices simultaneously is to use the F test, and to analyze which factors are dominant influence on stock prices using the t test To determine whether the fundamental factors affect stock prices simultaneously is if F count> F table or significance levels <α (5%), while to determine which variables are dominant influence on stock prices is if the t count> t table or level of significance < α (5%). The results using the F test can be concluded that the fundamental factor that is simultaneously DER, ROE, GPM, EPS, dams PER significant effect on stock prices. Based on t test results showed that EPS and PER variables that have a significant effect partially while DER variables, ROE and GPM do not have a significant effect. Variables of the most dominant influence on stock prices is EPS. Thus, these results received two hypotheses formulated. Based on the conclusion, the authors could imply that investors should pay attention to the variable EPS but also must consider other variables like the variables that affect the level of profitability, liquidity and variables included in the internal factors and external factors. As for corporate management, management should pay more attention to variables and PER EPS in improving the stock price but also must improve the factors or variables that the results of the analysis is still not very good for the future have a significant influence on stock prices and investors can be considered to invest their capital.
