Stone Urban Community Most of having peripatetic business in the field of agriculture and plantation. Contamination of Water territory from agricultural land in area Batu city, would towards children river that is finally gathers in Brantas river’s. Water quality at one particular flowing water territory not only measured from condition of just physic-chemical because existence of underwater maters dissolved and had the character of transient, so that the best way applied for contamination indicator is see growth of biota having good response to change of amount contamination. Identification nitrate and phosphate is not easy to known its rate every when in water territory, this thing is caused the entry of contamination is not continue. For the purpose need to be identified contamination phosphate and nitrate by using bioindicators Spirogyra sp. This research done at children Brantas rivers in Batu city with idea every agriculture area around DAS watercourse will flow water is including its contamination to Brantas pass watercourse. Thereby detection of contamination of agriculture waste of nitrate and phosphate from various agriculture areas can be detected by seeing existence of Spirogyra sp at every watercourse. Research type applied is descriptive research of observational covers calculation biomass Spirogyra sp at watercourse stream Brantas town region Batu through approach of spacious observational, Correlation between parameters physic-chemical with biomass content Spirogyra sp. Population in this research is Spirogyra sp is staying in child of river stream Brantas. Sample Spirogyra sp is taken in four watercourses Brantas having 3 (three) station that is 500 metre, 1 kilometre, 1,5 kilometre from meeting Brantas rivers in Batu city. From research bacillus it is known that Content Biomassa Spirogyra sp in location of observation of children’s and Brantas river stream’s is as follows: River Junrejo 0,293 gr/m2, River Mranak 6809 gr/m2, Blue Mount River 5462 gr/m2, and Sungai Brantas 9364 gr/m2. From correlation analysis known that parameter content physic-chemical has relationship that significant with increase of biomass Spirogyra sp.
