Abstract

Basically, woman is a creature who like to keep their lock and beauty. Self appearance was the closest thing for woman. Self appearance was an aspect related with healthy. Obesity is one of healthy problem which has rapid development, especially in Indonesia. That’s why, when obesity was not paid attention by the society and self regulation has important role in revealing obesity in decreasing weight. The research intendeds to see further about self-regulation which was done by woman with obesity according to the truth that there was an obesity subject who able to decrease her weight trough right way, that was by self regulation role. So that this research could see the description about self regulation which was done by woman with obesity in order to decrease her weight. The research used qualitative decsriptive research with three subjects. Data collection was done by interview method and self report as data completion. Data validation was done by triangulation method, while data analysis was done by descriptive analysis. From data analysis, there could be found that self regulation was able to help subject in decreasing their weight because of obesity negative effect which caused from health and environment as support to do more weight decreasing. The research showed that the three subjects have succeed in decreasing their weight by doing self regulation to reveal obesity.
