Abstract

ThiS Type Research is research of survey, investigation performed a to obtain;get facts of existing symptoms and look for boldnesss by factual, either through institution of social, economic, or political from a[n group or a[n area with research location at UPT Pelatihan Kerja Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi Dan Kependudukan Provinsi JATIM di Kediri yang beralamatkan Jl. Pare-Wates km. 3 Dsn. Duluran Ds. Gedang Sewu Kec. Pare Kab. Kediri. Target of this research that is to know the source of stres, stres work and employees performance at UPT Pelatihan Kerja Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi Dan Kependudukan Provinsi JATIM di Kediri, to know do there is influence of is source of job stres which consist of job the on stressor and of stressor job the off have an effect on to stres work employees and to know do job stresS have an effect on signifikan to employees performance of UPT Pelatihan Kerja Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi Dan Kependudukan Provinsi JATIM di Kediri. Pursuant to analysis span conducted scale hence can know that source of stress at UPT Pelatihan Kerja Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi Dan Kependudukan Provinsi JATIM di Kediri covering job the on stressor obtain;get value equal to 77,5 and job the off stressor obtain;get value equal to 72 entering in low ketegori. Result of calculation of mean span to [regarding/ hit] stress variable work employees of UPT Pelatihan Kerja Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi Dan Kependudukan Provinsi JATIM di Kediri obtained by value equal to 62,33 entering in very low category. While from result of calculation span at employees performance variable of of UPT Pelatihan Kerja Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi Dan Kependudukan Provinsi JATIM di Kediri obtained by value equal to 128 entering in high category. Result of test of F can know that variabek of[is source of stress which consist of job the on stressor and of stressor job the off by simultan having an effect on to stress work employees of. Pursuant to result of analysis can know that [job/activity] stress don't have influence to employees performance of of UPT Pelatihan Kerja Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi Dan Kependudukan Provinsi JATIM di Kediri. Some raised suggestion to head of of UPT Pelatihan Kerja Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi Dan Kependudukan Provinsi JATIM di Kediri that is expected to persist approach well to all employees that is by creating good [job/activity] atmosphere on the chance of all kind of problems which concerning keberadaaan of employees in company can be finished better so that do not pursue of conducted activity in company. Head expected to give time by proporsional in course of completion of task so that all employees earn work finishing pursuant to which have been specified. Head expected to persist evaluation to the result of reached job by employees, the mentioned in order to for the process of operation of stress work that happened at employees.
