Abstract

PT Jati Mas Indonesia is peripatetic company is industrial area of furniture. Company face many emulation challenge and environment which is competitive, to challenge of usage of correct strategy become of vital importance. Beside that to face emulation which progressively tighten and to fulfill customer satisfaction in the case of make up of quality of product, company make an attempt on planning to get certificate of ISO 9001:2000. With existence of applying of this ISO 9001:2000 companies expect will be able to improve company performance as a whole. To overcome the problems require to be conducted by planning of strategy at company for the preparation of applying of ISO 9001:2000. Method the used is with Analysis of SWOT first step which conducted by that is identifying internal factor and company external continued with mapping early at company with aim to know the condition of company actual with standard of ISO 9001:2000, is later then made by questioner pursuant to concept of SWOT that is internal factor of weakness and strength and also factor of eksternal that is allied threat and opportunity with conditions of ISO 9001:2000. From result of questioner will know by and wight of rating from each internal factor and exsternal is later on used to develop strategy pursuant to weakness and strength had to overcome threat of eksternal and obtain;get existing opportunity by using SWOT matrix/ and tows of matrik Internal-External. Pursuant To Matrix IFAS ( Internal Strategic Factors Analysis Summary) can know by and weight of rating internal factor, strength and weakness of company exist in this time obtained by score equal to ( 2.65) and from Matrix EFAS ( External Strategic Analysis Summary factors) known by and weight of rating factor of external that is threat and opportunity of PT. Jati Mas Indonesia its Indonesia score equal to ( 2.25) hence PT. Jati Mas Indonesia reside in on course SO ( strength-opportunity). On course this, PT. Jati Mas Indonesia exploit strength exist in company to face opportunity
