Three Son Mojokerto which engaged in printing, entitled "The Effect of Training and Against Employees' Productivity Development in the CV. Three Mojokerto Putra on both the assessment criteria. While for Development on the assessment scale well, which gained an average of 120 on criteria 107-137. Productivity of employees at CV. Three are located in Mojokerto Putra high category, in which obtained an average score of 115 on the assessment criteria 107 - 137 belonging to a high rating. The result of multiple linear regression analysis of training and development of labor productivity is the calculation of correlation coefficient (r) of 0.761 which means that the closeness of the relationship between training and development of Labor productivity in the CV. Three Mojokerto Putra amounted to 0.761 is a positive value. From calculations using linear regression analysis multiple training to work productivity obtained a constant value of 0.291, and training variable regression coefficient value of 0.399 and for the development of 0.350, whereas for testing the hypothesis F, resulting in the value of 16.268 Fcount while the F table value 3.15 at 95% confidence level, therefore, calculated F> F table (Ho rejected), then the variables simultaneously training and development significant effect on employee productivity. While the t test used to determine the effect of training and development to productivity employee is an individual test results (partial) t value of 3.594 (Training) and t calculate equal to 2.855 (Development), while t table value 2.000 at 95% confidence level, because t count> t table (Ho rejected), then the training and development of individual variables significantly influence Labor productivity. Based on the conclusion, the writer implies that management should pay attention to training and development related to the content of the material and quality of coaches or instructors for training to support the effectiveness of conducted so as to further improve employee productivity.
