Abstract

Along with the development of information technology, sanagat influential as a tool to support activities in offices, is a fundamental change in the structure and management of offices. Information technology can facilitate communication and speed up obtaining information through the medium of publishing information and stored computerized. The problem is how to design a media system for publishing information and stored computerized information that will be the focus of the author's attention as to how to design a web-based document archive information system at DISKOMINFO with the Agile-Scrum method in order to facilitate document organization. Agile-Scrum is a project management method that uses a short development cycle, or it can also be called a "sprint" to focus on continuous improvement in the development of a product or service. Scrum is a framework that can help people, teams, and organizations commonly used in complex product development. This study aims to make employees at DISKOMINFO able to easily access a document anywhere and anytime. In addition, it will be more effective and time-saving so that the information data obtained will be faster.
