This examines is kind of survey examines in the Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX) with title “The Influence of Cash Flow Report Analysis Toward Stock Increase LQ-45 on Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX) For Period December 2002 – January 2006”. This purpose of examines is to know what the report influence cash flow toward stock increase with mean to know the information content abaout cash flow report. In this report, it takes two hypothesis, that’s is; major hypothesis, cash flow influence toward stock increase, and minor hypothesis, operating cash flow influence toward stock increase, the influence cash flow investation toward stock influence and cash flow finance toward stock increase. The analysis technique wich used for to know what the influnce between cash flow report to stock increase wich use a few step of analysis data process. Stock increase is to determine price of stock years, regression analysis corelation is to know there is significant influence between independent variable with dependent variable, T test is know independent variable toward dependent variable individualy and F test is to know independent variable toward dependent variable simultanly. Calculation result with using regretion analysis show up a significant number to all variable. In testing with F test it show these is a more significant influence from activity variable operation, financial investation toward stock increase, mean while in testing with T test it get simultanly influence or individualy about stock increase. The most dominant of independent variable is the operation of activity variable where show up wich the biggest beta coeficient value is 0,697. Based the conclution on top, can implicated there was significant influence to all variable, the operation of activity variable (X1), financial activity (X2), and invesment activity (X3) toward stock increase (Y) is more power full.
