Abstract

Do this kind of research is the survey research, where researchers conducted observations in data collection performed on ceramic jar company "Rays Blue" precisely at the North First Street Lebak Jaya No. 39 Kenjeran Surabaya with research title is: "The Effect of Work Environment on Employee Performance Parts Production In The Jar Ceramics" Rays Blue "Surabaya" The purpose of this study was to determine the service employees, conditions of employment, employee relations and employee performance of the Company's products Ceramic Jar "Rays Blue" Surabaya. Furthermore, to find a work environment that includes the service employees, working conditions and employee relations have a significant effect on the performance of the production company employee Ceramic Jar "Rays Blue" Surabaya and the last to know the work environment variables are the strongest influence on employee performance of the Company's products Ceramic Jar " Rays Blue "Surabaya. The usefulness of research to be achieved, especially for companies can be used as consideration for the company to establish policies about the working environment in an effort to increase employee performance. The analytical tool used in this research is by using a range of scales and multiple linear regression with F test and t test Service employees who have been granted by the company during the good according to employees. The working conditions that have been granted by the company during the good according to employees. Employee relations at the company's ceramic jug "Rays Blue" Surabaya entry in either category, and employee performance in the category very high. Based on F test results indicate that the work environment variables which include employee services, working conditions and employee relations together have a significant impact on employee performance in the production of ceramic urns company "Rays Blue" Surabaya. Service employees have the strongest influence on the performance of the production employees at the company's ceramic jug "Rays Blue" Surabaya. Some of the advice given to the company that is expected the company to maintain top working conditions that exist in the company. It was during this dikaranakan employees motivated to work optimally for the work in the company so as to improve the above performance has been achieved so far. It is expected the company to pay attention to conditions around good employees about environmental cleanliness and condition of physical facilities owned by the company, hoping to be able to support the activities of employees in the company.
