This research aimed to learn about the effect of BAP and NAA combination to Anthurium Wave of Love explant plant by In Vitro Culture. This research was done at Mitra Anggrek Indonesia Laboratory, Jl. Hasanuddin I No.24 Junrejo-Batu, Malang, which was started since June to September 2007. This research used Group Random Design which was BAP and NAA combination, consisted of 5 treatments, each repeated 3 times and every repeating action consisted of 4 samples, so that there were 60 experiment unit. The research showed that treatment without ZPT was smaller in contamination level, which is 25% in the sixth week compared than additional ZPT treatment, whether single or combination (BAP+NAA). Outside ZPT treatment has larger life percentage for 75% compared with ZPT addition though single or combination, explant life percentage was lower as the explant grew older. Treatment without ZPT and ZPT percentage addition has the same initiation, that was 30%, but the ZPT addition with higher concentration whether single or combination, the percentage was increasing for 50%. The total average shoot with budded explant percentage (%) between without additional ZPT (BAP 0 ppm + NAA 0 ppm) with (BAP 0,5 ppm + NAA 0 ppm) has no difference. The average of root and explant percentage grew well in combination treatment without additional ZPT (BAP 0 ppm + NAA 0 ppm), since before in the seed, there has been an indogen nutrition, so that without any nutrition addition, the seed could develop bud and root. By in vitro culture technique, the multiplication of anthurium could be done with relative much amount, seen from the result that 6 shoots/explant. By ZPT addition in certain level could increase the shoot, it could be seen at the treatment result (BAP 0,5 ppm + NAA 0 ppm) the average of shoots were 6 shoots/explant. While the good root result was on (BAP 0 ppm + NAA 0 ppm) treatment from 2 root/explant.
