Abstract

Protection of client law to banking alone of vital importance because relating to its form of healthy banking system, strength and delay in face of global challenge in this time. Banking and client have to have equivalent link because a healthy bank, ing system it is true have to that way so that between inseparable client and bank in its; activity as stakeholders. More than anything else in the last few years this leaked many money through ATM which where all its client not yet fully got protection judicially. From background which have been elaborated by above, there are same problems to be studied by that is : How mechanism and form protection of client law consumer of and saving of ATM in Bank of BTN Cab. Malang? 2.How implementation program in protection of client law consumer of and saving of ATM in Bank of BTN Cab. Malang? 3.The problems what pursuing execution of protection of law to client in Bank of BTN Cab. Malang? In compilation of this skripsi is needed by an research method. Metodelogi Approach the used is Yuridis Sosiologis. With research location in Bank of BTN Cab. Malang, East Java, because from result of case and perception, protection of client law conducted by Bank of BTN Cab.Malang still not yet terealisasi fully and not yet walked in an optimal fashion. Form and mechanism protection of client law consumer of and saving of ATM in Bank of BTN Cab. Malang, that is representing forming of institute of mediasi independent banking regarding process attend legal procedure at banking mediasi and also compilation of mechanism denunciating of client cover acceptance of denunciating, handling and solution of denunciating and also handling monitoring and solution of denunciating. However to the number of client which still less satisfied service of bank Of BTN Cab.Malang still plenty of because of less friendly its of employee of bank of BTN and most comments
