Abstract

In planning the project there are various activities which are numerous, so we need a good management for timely implementation. And no fluctuation of human resources. To evaluate the completeness of the data needed for project evaluation can be done right and useful, so that projects can be completed in accordance with the time allowed, to simplify scheduling and network settings used Primavera Project Planner as a tool. Based on the analysis / evaluation of cost and schedule obtained by cost increases due to rising price of Rp. 67.955.729.00-(Not including VAT 10%), which had amounted to Rp.1.693.960.470.00-later changed to USD. 1.761.965.000.00-(Not including VAT 10%), and scheduling (Resceduling) from residual volume and time can be implemented with a duration of 58 days (one week working 6 days, national holidays excluded) from 27 February 2006 to 4 May 2006 , and with the equitable distribution of resources (Resource Leveling) obtained acceleration time of 2 days, the time limit specified.
