Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Green Transformational Leadership on Employee Green Behavior with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable in the hotel department employees of PT. Kusuma Agrowisata. The sample in this study consisted of 78 hotel department employees of PT. Kusuma Agrowisata. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used path analysis with the assistance of smartpls software. The results of this study indicate that green transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee green behavior, green transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee green behavior, green transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee green behavior through job satisfaction which is able to mediate between Green Transformational Leadership and Employee Green Behavior.
