Composite is two or more component which compositiont or combinated in Macroscopist scala (can seeing with eyes), so tobe new material can be efficient. Composite consist of : 1) Matriks (material binder). Material binder (matrics) is drafter of component composite material the function for to bind matrics according to manufacture a structure unit or composite material element which accept the component. Matrics consist of three count, that is Metal, Ceramic and Polimer . One of component that can appointed as matrics is LDPE (Low Density Poly Ethylene) ( variaty of plastic). 2) Filler (solid), consist from fiber dan filings, such us the component that maked as filler. Filler is Aluminium Oxide (Al2O3) filings, because there are posses a caracteristic of hot insulator and good listrics. Purpose from this examination for to know about effect of Aluminium Oxide (Al2O3) procentase against the presure force and composite impact with basis is LDPE (Low Density Poly Ethylene), and the problem abbreviated in examination is effect of Alumina Oxide (Al2O3) procentase against the presure force and composite impact. The examination building is decide variaty of procentase Aluminium oxide (Al2O3) with measure 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, then do foundation the speciment with injection moulding process with themperature 180o and suspense 7 bar, end then doing pressure trial and impact in each pressure trial speciment and impact trial. Basicly in analysis of data, high value of pressure force is 85.984kg/mm2 in mixture matriks: filler (85%:15:) and the low value of pressure force is 53.55kg/mm2 in mixture matriks:filler (70%:30%), according for high value of impact 51.67638kg/mm in mixture matriks : filler (70%:30%) and for low value of impact 7.58322kg/mm in mixture matriks : filler (95%:5%).
