Abstract

The purpose of this research are : 1) To develop the type of PPSI quadrangle learning, 2) To know the result of completeness of student activity by using the mathematic learning sets, It’s use the PPSI type with cooperative learning of CIRC to be oriented in KTSP mathematic learning for quadrangle material, 3) To know the student’s response about the mathematic learning sets that to be developed by using PPSI type with cooperative learning of CIRC. The kind of this research was using qualitative approach and qualitative descriptive. The of this research is the second grade MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Malang class A with quadrangle material. The writer collected the data by using the validation sheet to know the worthiness of learning sets. The writer used the questioner to know the student’s response about mathematic learning set by using PPSI type with cooperative learning of CIRC. The result of this research showed that : 1. PPSI in mathematic learning sets is suitable to use by syllabus with presentation is 90%, lesson plan is 80%, the student’s sheet is 85%, learning material is 81%, evaluation is 75%. 2. The implementation has been done well in the first meeting with presentation is 85,5%, the second meeting is 85,5%, the third meeting is 84,5%, the fourth meeting is 85%, the fifth meeting is 84,5%. 3. The student’s response about type of cooperative CIRC learning is 86,92% and the student’s unresponse is 13,08%. 4. The student’s completeness was done in learning activity with classical way by type cooperative of CIRC. Keyword : The PPSI type of learning sets, the type IRC cooperative learning
