This is because materials include spare parts, tools, lab equipment, cleaning equipment, as well as stationery that must be fulfilled every day to keep the entire company operating. By paying attention to routine maintenance and repair, companies can extend the life of assets and reduce repair and replacement costs. In conducting MRO procurement, the right strategy is needed to achieve goals. This research uses a qualitative method with the research subjects being the Head Chief Section and procurement employees. As a result, the strategy used in XYZ Company for purchasing MRO materials is the PDAC and ABC material classification methods.
