Abstract

A duty of community media is do fulfilling their community’s information. Discrimination is still exist on how it seen, in spite of the community media can be the simplifier tools for knowing of theory. If the forum do explore and develop it more, there are benefit for the community radio history, include in UMM. And this point has been the base of its research. Some of same research of community media, they’re just explore what happened out side the media, in here is in their split. With qualitative descriptive research method, and phenomenological approximate, this research will find the variety assumption also what fact is in the media itself. Because of that, Focus Group Discussion used before In­Depth Interview, for the factor. Those technique will find howthe community media fulfilling the learning tools and what it gives, also what the member do with those kind of tools. From them, UMM FM already giving some tools also activities for fulfilling the learning tools, for your information, there’s a lot of community media limit. For that factor, there’s a lot of number of limit, but the member doesn’t despair oh that condition, they do some action to do upgrade their own knowledge in broadcasting. Hopefully this founded will give more additional knowledge of community media study on communication science.
