ANALISIS USAHA DISTRIBUTOR BAHAN BAKAR MINYAK (BBM) SOLAR INDUSTRI STUDI PADA PT HAIDAR PUTRA ENERGI

Distribution is defined as a marketing activity that seeks to facilitate the delivery of goods from producers to consumers. This research aims to analyze the Solar Industrial Fuel Oil (BBM) distributor business at PT Haidar Putra Energi in 2022. The analytical tool used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method which focuses on a problem based on facts by conducting observations, interviews and analyzing documents company. The conclusions in this research indicate that PT Haidar Putra Energi is not strict enough in providing policies regarding goods delivery procedures to customers. The Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) implemented is too light, in the implementation of product distribution the company has implemented policies in accordance with procedures
