Abstract
Today, banks have very important role to build economics sectors in a country. It always need bank for financial transaction. It’s importance called as the hearth of economics transaction. Bank as money circulation institution, as money stocker, as saving money and investment institution. Bank also as loan institution. Loan as one of bank product to get other fund from its interest. There are some kind of loan such as Property Loan (KPR), that is one of consumtive loan product. The research’s aim is to know loan application to PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk branch Probolinggo and to know how to anticipate unpayable loan at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk branch Probolinggo. This is a descriptive research with quantitative approach. Data collecting method with interview and documentation, and data analysis with loan application and unpayable loan, to less non-payable loan every years. The research object is KPR Multi Guna at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk branch Probolinggo, and the research subject is the staff that related with loan application. The research’s result is, there are weakness point in Risk Scoring System with its 3C. Better using 5C principle. Non-payable loan at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk branch Probolinggo (NPL) about 0.165% to 0.261% is under Indonesia Central Bank standard about 5%. The writer suggest use 5C in Risk Scoring System to anticipate non payable loan.
