Evidenced by the many students who do not graduate at the national final exams each year. For that we need to look for alternatives in the process of student-centered learning for students more active and independent. This study aims to determine student activities, learning outcomes and student responses to the implementation of cooperative learning model types think pair share the material fractions. The study was a descriptive qualitative approach. Source of data that is class VII.3 SMPN1 Mungka 2010/2011 school year as many as 28 students. This research was conducted in August 2010 in 4 meetings. Research shows the activity of students in the three meetings in each indicator there is no large decrease percentage. While the learning outcomes of the 28 students who take the test the end there are 25 (89.29%) students who pass the study with a value above SKM at 65 and 3 (10.21%) students who do not pass the study with a score below 65. It can be concluded that the learning outcomes of students of class VII-3 SMPN 1 Mungka on the fraction of material is said to be klaksikal complete, because more than 75% of students pass the study. Implementation of cooperative learning model types think pair share the learning of mathematics in a positive or respond both by students of class VII.3 SMPN 1 Mungka. This can be seen from the students' responses are included in the category agree with the percentage of 100% with detailed answers to Strongly Agree (SS) of 77.08% and the answers agree (S) of 22.92%.
