Abstract

The research carried out had the aim of finding out how work stress affects employee performance with Cyberloafing as a mediating variable for PT Cipta Sarana Scholar employees. This research uses quantitative methods. Sampling was taken from all employees with a sample size of 35 respondents. The data collection technique used by researchers is a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The research results show that work stress does not affect employee performance. Work stress has a significant positive effect on Cyberloafing. Cyberloafing does not affect employee performance at PT Cipta Sarana Scholar. And Cyberloafing does not mediate work stress on the performance of employees.
