Abstract

The research aimed to find out the influence of various consentrate of liquid fertilizer and adenium to the growth of adenium seed. Hypothesis in this research was there guessed that there was interaction between various liquid fertilizer consentrate and adenium variants to the growth of adenium seed, there guessed that different adenium variants existed would have a different growth. The research was done at Mulyoagung village Dau sub-district Malang residence with height ± 580 m upper sea. The research was started in March and ended at July 2008. The tool used were mattock, polybag, pushing compass, sieve, sprayer, and small mattock. The material used consisted of Adenium seed from Modoroklo variant, Red Dusk variant, Pink Lines variant, stall fertilizer, sand, husk, and liquid fertilizer (attached) Method used was Split plot with Duncan advanced test phase 5%. The major plot was liquid fertilizer concentrate (K), while the plot was adenium (J). The research showed that combination between liquid fertilizer concentrate treatment and adenium has no interaction. Variants analysis showed the treatment of various liquid fertilizer concentrate (K) has real influence to the parameter of height development of plant in all observation age. In separated way, the treatment of adenium (J) has real influence to the diameter of trunk parameter, 44 hst and 51 hst observation. According to the research, there could be concluded: there was no interaction between various concentrate treatment of liquid fertilizer and adenium variances to the growth of adenium. Concentrate of liquid fertilizer has real influence to the parameter of height development in all observation ages, in separated treatment, concentration of 6ml/l (K4) was good for height plant parameter. The adenium treatment has real influence to the roots diameters. Morodoklo adenium (J1) and Pink Line adenium (Jk) were better in 44th observation, while Red Dusk adenium (J2) gave a better result.
