In this life, human being cannot be separated from literature. Literature is a kind of art, usually written, that offers pleasures, illumination and satisfaction, but, it is more than satisfaction only. It is one of the ways to express one’s feeling. Almost all human’s lives have been written in literature and one media of human expression is novel. In analyzing novel, we can find many aspects of life in it. In this study, the thesis writer was interested in analyzing “One, Two, Buckle My Shoe” novel written by Agatha Christie. This study analyzed the murder, including the causes and the ways of the murder was done. In analyzing this novel, the thesis writer chose descriptive qualitative method because the data collected were in the form of words or pictures than in numbers, and the data analysis did not use the statistical procedure like those found in quantitative research. The written results of the study contained quotations from the data to illustrate and substantiate the presentation. Besides, the thesis writer used objective approach because the thesis writer just wanted to analyze the contains of the novel without studying the author’s life. After analyzing the novel, the thesis writer found the causes of the murder, they were as follows: a) victimization, b) hate, c) disappointment, d) fear. Meanwhile, the ways of Mr. Alistair Blunt killed Mr. Morley were: a) by sending a false telegram to Miss Nevill (Morley’s assistant), b) by pretending as Miss Sainsbury Seale which was done by Mr. Blunt’s wife (Gerda), c) by shooting Mr. Morley’s head, d) by putting the pistol in Mr. Morley’s hand death body. In killing Mr. Amberiotis, the ways were: a) by pretending as Mr. Morley, b) by freezing the gum and injecting a big doze of procaine and adrenalin to Mr. Amberiotis. Finally, in killing Miss Sainsbury Seale, the ways were: a) by pretending as Mrs. Chapman which was done by Gerda, b) by asking Miss Sainsbury Seale to come to Mrs. Chapman’s room, c) by giving Miss Sainsbury Seale a poisoned tea, d) by depraving Miss Sainsbury Seale’s face death body. In the murder processes, Mr. Alistair Blunt was always helped by his wife (Gerda).
