The process of industrialization has resulted in narrowing of the more advanced agricultural areas, increased pollution or contamination and the more tergesernya the values and culture of Indonesia. Therefore, development in all sectors of community life in the days to come join also threatened by development Establishment of an industry has the effect of physical consequences in society. Industrial give input to the community so as to form attitudes and behavior that is reflected in the attitude in work. As we know that the emergence of new industries in a region will provide a major influence on the continuation of good life that region. Repercussions will be felt by the community with the industry can be in many different forms. One of them is the emergence of pollution that often cause a variety of approaches in both the community and in industry itself, also with increasing population, the higher the mobility that generate traffic and complexity of urban planning, land prices soared and the cost of living is increasing. Community Jatilengger although still relatively rural area in the village but was contained Jatilengger Instant tiwul industry. In this instant tiwul industrial development brings many problems for the community around the factory. Not only the pollution that became one of the problems for villagers Jatilengger, but other things that become problems for society is the location of the land that made instant tiwul industrial development that is partly owned by residents who participated in the establishment of industrial use of instant tiwul, otherwise people are not been involved in participation in policy formulation. Establishment of the factory in the village of instant tiwul Jatilengger concerned citizens way of life, should be involved in policy making. Accumulation of problems generated is bad views on this instant tiwul factory. In this study, researchers examined about "Social Impact of Industrial Instant Tiwul Village Community Jatilengger Ponggok Blitar District." The purpose of this research is to: 1) understand how the social impact on society of instant tiwul industry Jatilengger Village, District Ponggok, Blitar regency, 2) know what the conflict is happening in the industrial establishment in the Village Jatilengger tiwul Ponggok Blitar District. This study used a qualitative method that aims to describe a phenomenon or social phenomena by way depict or describe the state of the subject or object of research. Sampling technique using purposive sampling technique in order to obtain a sample of 12 people. Data collection techniques used in this study were participatory observation, unstructured interviews, and written documentation in the form of archives and photo. While the theoretical framework in this research uses the theory of conflict imposed by Dahrendorf. In this study, the data obtained indicate that 1) the industry's presence in the village Jatilengger tiwul instant, it does not alter the social behavior of the community. Where kinship system among the members of the community is still awake, cultural mutual help, solidarity among the members of the community still awake. They still uphold the norms and mores and norms prevailing in the village. 2). The existence of this instant tiwul industry brought little change in the socio-economic conditions of local communities. It can be seen with the increasing awareness of the importance of education which is a provision for them to live better than now and the importance of health for those who are the source of a better survival. 3). With the industry in the village Jatilengger tiwul instant, causing a shift in the livelihood of villagers from the profession as a laborer, switch to the industrial sector which could substantially increase the income of rural communities that could eventually improve their living conditions. 4). In the instant tiwul industrial establishment, led to a tangible conflict that is vertically between communities and instant tiwul industry. It looks a protest action (demo) committed by people who do not agree to these instant tiwul industrial development. Giving rise to the view that poor communities against the industry, community participation in the process of establishment has never existed and that unused public land issues did not get the clarity and certainty compensation.
