Abstract

In addition to cost and time, quality is also one component in construction management that must be considered. Quality can be defined as the overall characteristics of the goods or services that demonstrate its ability to satisfy customer needs, whether it be the needs expressed or implicit needs (written). Quality is determined based on customer perception. So the concept of quality includes all the features and characteristics of products or services that provide value to customers and to encourage the creation of customer satisfaction. Value and customer satisfaction is influenced by many factors, including the relationship between organizations with customers who are very instrumental in building trust, confidence and loyalty. With a plan, implement monitoring, measurement, analysis, and increase m, erupakan process of examination and inspection of one or more characteristic of a product. This process is necessary to demonstrate the suitability of the product, ensuring the quality management system and improve its effectiveness. Monitor the work instructions to monitor information on customer perception towards the achievement of customer requirements. So PT This should ensure that during project execution phases conducted field work in accordance with the standards that have been made. In the process of progress will be monitored by the ISO team that aims to avoid complaints from concerned customers to PT. The resulting data will be evidence of the effectiveness of applying quality management system and standard of work which is then recorded (record) as a document for further quality audited internally within the time limit of minimum 6 months to evaluate the performance of the company.
