Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to present the facts in a systematic way so that it can be easier to understand and be concluded on employee training and education programs in human resource development. Education and training is a program designed to systematically and directed to the development of human resources they own. Some of the criteria used in evaluating education and training programs, such as the reaction criterion, the criterion of learning, behavioral criteria and outcome criteria. The population and sample used in this study were all employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Malang Branch Kawi. Some employees used in the interview process that was one of the data collection tool in addition to the method of observation which is also used in this study. This research also uses some secondary data to support the completeness of the data. From the analysis results showed that education and training programs in the Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kawi Malang branch designed by the organizers of the regional offices in Surabaya and Jakarta headquarters. With simulated learning method or practice that is more attractive and tend to be more effective participants in the mastery and application of the material. Changes in the expected work behavior tends to be achieved in addition to increasing the value of benefits to companies that obtained in the long term. From the research it is advisable for companies to maintain and improve the management of human resources through education and training in order to develop the quality of performance which is owned by its employees. For employees should better understand and utilize the best possible educational programs and training in human resources development, held by the company.
