Inc.Ltd. Jamu Air where located in area industry Solo - Sragen is a company which active in sector production traditional herb. This company have been facing a problem, an increase of herb product market demand that not complied efficiently by production planning. By this problem, Inc.Ltd Jamu Air Mancur should make optimal production planning with capacity production and resources to comply an increase of market demand. Based on the problem above researcher try to give alternative solution with hybrid method that is integrated analytic model with simulation program. Analytic model with linier program and simulation model will can identify variables and data which have deterministic and probabilistic nature. Result of the optimal production planning that used linier program to scenario 1 and 2 in early iteration that inputed in Arena model simulation gave a not reasonable resolution. After repaired compatibility. Formulation of limitation capacity machine found optimal production planning and reasonable solution and had calculated probability disablement (2% from total production) for scenario 1 product herb pegal linu on first month = 4484 carton, second month = 4378 carton, third month = 4273 carton, fourth month = 4195 month and herb putrid ayu on the first month = 4348 carton, second month = 4571 carton, third month = 4418 carton, fourth month = 4373 carton. But for scenario 2 product herb pegal linu on first month = 4679 carton, second month = 4233 carton, third month = 4418 carton, fourth month = 4373 month and herb putrid ayu on the first month = 4100 carton, second month = 4570 carton, third month = 4563 carton, fourth month = 4567 carton. From that result concluded that scenario 1 more appropriate because have total number of cost production amount of 187.793.550 rupiah.
