Development industrial word in era globalization makes many companies competitive mutually with each speciality. The rival can adapt with many product, process, place, roof distribution, etc. That very difficult for the same is employee to consist of employee with extensive skilful and high motivation. Very repent if qualities employee out from the company. Therefore employee commitment to organization very important. For building organizational commitment not only to give sufficient salary, but other needs like feel safety must fulfill by company. Fulfilled safety need can realized company with social guarantee. But, the very important point in here is what employee feel need of social guarantee fulfilled or not fulfilled to give from company. Purpose this examination for know relation of social guarantee with organizational commitment. Sample technique in this examination to applied purposive sampling because examiner knew that select sample have special characters to match with the purpose examination. Data bringing technique to applied is social guarantee scale and organizational commitment scale. Technique data analysis to applied is product moment karl pearson with program SPSS version 13, 00 Result this examination get value p = 0,000 and r = 0,737, that to indicate between fulfilled of social guarantee and organizational commitment have very significant relation. Its means, if need of social guarantee fulfilled to cause high level commitment, exactly if need of social guarantee not fulfilled to cause low level commitment. And then determination coefficient 0,543 or 54,3 %, it means fulfilled of social guarantee determinant organizational commitment 54,3 %.
